Minimal Property Damage and Injuries – $115,000
Our client was injured as a result of a rear end collision in Ontario, California. She was driving a Suburban and rear ended by a commercial company van. As a result of the accident, our client sustained injury to her neck, back, shoulder, and experienced headaches for a long time. Despite property damage being “minimal” the client nevertheless sustained serious injuries.
She received medical treatment shortly after the accident at urgent care, and then underwent treatment with a chiropractor, pain management doctor, had several MRIs showing injury, and treated with a neurologist for her headaches that would not go away. She had one cervical spine medial branch block nerve injection.
We ultimately settled her case with the insurance company for $115,000.00. This was achieved after significant delays and several initial low offers and threats of litigation for non responsiveness from the insurance company and failure to provide fair offers initially. Our client was satisfied with the result of settlement.
